I'm sincerely grateful to receive the Our Destiny Our Future Scholarship. It means so much to me to be recognized for my commitment to volunteering in my community, and I'm glad to have learned about Destiny through this scholarship.  

This award provides valuable financial support, helping to ease the costs associated with continuing my education. With this assistance, I can focus more on my studies and dedicate even more time to giving back to my community, which is a cause close to my heart.  

As a dedicated high school student, I strive to make a difference both in and out of the classroom. Looking ahead, I hope to use my education and experiences to create positive change wherever I can.  

Your foundation's mission of supporting students and strengthening communities inspires me greatly. Knowing that there are people like you who believe in the power of education and service encourages me to keep striving for excellence.

I'm truly grateful for being chosen as a recipient of the Our Destiny Our Future Scholarship. It's an incredible honor, and I deeply appreciate the foundation's belief in my journey. This support is helping ease the financial challenges I face while pursuing my studies in Auto Mechanics at Spokane Community College.  

Having survived cancer twice and now enjoying good health, I've set a new course in life to become an ASE Master Technician. My goal is to use my skills to help those in need—servicing vehicles for people who can't afford costly repairs, and providing safe, affordable cars for the elderly in our community. Your generosity is enabling me to move forward with these plans more quickly and to give back in ways that truly matter.  

I'm honored to carry on the Our Destiny Our Future legacy through this scholarship. Your dedication to empowering students who are committed to serving their communities is truly inspiring, and it motivates me to keep volunteering and supporting others in every way I can.

Thank you so much for selecting my essay as the OUR DESTINY OUR FUTURE Scholarship winner. I am truly overjoyed! First I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone at the foundation involved in the scholarship process. With the ever-rising cost of college, this award will go a long way in furthering my education here at the University of Alabama and beyond. It comes at the perfect time as I am studying abroad this summer as part of my Spanish minor requirement. Words cannot express how humbled I am.

Being a winner of this scholarship means the world to me. I've found myself stressing so much about my future scared that it wouldn't unfold how I want. But being awarded this scholarship is such an honor and a sign that Im getting so much closer to fulfilling my dream life. I'm so excited to see where my journey takes me, and I'm so happy to have Our Destiny Our Future Foundation on my side along my journey. 

With the support of this scholarship, I can fulfill my dreams, complete my degree debt-free, and continue making a difference in the lives of others. I juggle multiple responsibilities, working two part-time jobs to cover my educational expenses. One of my jobs is as a bartender, often working until 3:00 a.m., while the other involves coaching students as early as 5:30 a.m. This demanding schedule compromises my sleep and hampers my cognitive function, affecting essential problem-solving and quick-thinking skills. Moreover, the limited time available for studying significantly impedes my academic progress. However, as the recipient of this scholarship, I can reduce my workload, allowing me to prioritize my studies, improve my cognitive abilities, and invest more time and energy into my fitness endeavors. The financial support provided by this scholarship will alleviate the demanding work schedule, allowing me to fully immerse myself in my coursework, engage in extracurricular activities related to my field, and seize opportunities for professional development. With the invaluable assistance of this scholarship, I can focus on my education, enhance my skills, and ultimately contribute to the fitness community in a more impactful way. Earning this scholarship means more beyond words to me and my journey towards being in a better financial and academic position in my life.
